FAQs

Q: How do I become a new patient?

A: We are a referral-based practice. This means that we will accept New Patients based on referrals from primary care physicians, internal medicine physicians, neurosurgeons, neurologists, orthopedic physicians, podiatrists, rheumatologists, psychiatrists, chiropractors or physical therapists. To become a patient of our practice, please contact your physician.

Q: How much does it cost for an appointment?

A: Each patient’s appointment cost will vary depending on the type of insurance he/she has. One to two days before each appointment you have, our office staff will call to remind you about your upcoming appointment. At that time, they will let you know how much your co-pay is going to be at the time of your visit.

Q: How do I refill my prescription?

A: Patients need to give a 48-hour notice for refill requests. No refill requests can be taken after 12 PM (Noon) on Fridays. All patient phone calls or requests will be addressed by a nurse by the end of business each day.

Q: Should I come in for my appointment if I am sick?

A: You should only come in to an appointment if you have been on antibiotics for 48 hours. If a patient has an uncontrollable cough and is unable to lie still on the procedure table, their appointment will have to be rescheduled for a later date.

Q: Can I get a flu shot and then come to get my injection?

A: We prefer that patients wait at least 24 hours after receiving the flu shot to come in for their procedure.

Q: Do you take self-pay patients?

A: We currently do not accept self-pay patients. We also do not take the following insurance:
